Edgewood Townehouses (ETA) are located on 12 acres in the beautiful South Hills area of Eugene near the intersection of Willamette Street (near 46th Avenue), Westbrook Way, Brae Burn Drive, and Brookside Drive.
The Homes
Our 90 Townehouses were built in 1970-75 by Breeden Brothers. There are seven different floor plans which range from 1080 to 1500 square feet and include both one and two-story models. Each unit has a fireplace, two-car attached garage and a private patio. Some floor plans have a second-floor balcony.
The Association
ETA is a Homeowner Association and we manage and govern ourselves. Effective January 1, 2021, our HOA assessments (dues) are $373 per month. ETA is a Planned Unit Development (PUD), not a condominium.

Amenities
The windows of our Clubhouse overlook babbling Brae Burn Creek, swimming pool and picnic area. The Clubhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofas facing a massive gas-burning fireplace, window seats, pool/ping-pong table, and bathrooms with showers. There are folding tables and chairs convenient for use in the carpeted open area. Residents use the clubhouse for community events such as potlucks, book club, coffee get-togethers, Tai Chi, and for private parties.
Brae Burn Creek attracts wildlife including deer, turkeys, raccoons, possum, owls, woodpeckers and songbirds.
